Inspired by the Business Modell Canvas of Strategyzer AG, we developed the AI Automation Canvas to enable a better approach to automating processes or services with AI integrations. This Canvas also has its own GPT, which can guide users through the Canvas.

However, we can also guide you too. Feel free to join our AI Automation Canvas Workshops or book a special one for your team or community.

In this private 4-hour workshop with max. 5 participants, you’ll get an understanding of what is possible with AI automation, how to approach them with the AI Automation Canvas, and finally, realize the first version of the automation by integrating different no-code tools. You can bring your own idea, ideate during the workshop, or use an example idea for the workshop. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and intermediates in AI.

NRW is a federal state that puts a lot of value and effort into the digitalization of its SMEs / Mittelstand. Depending on what kind of challenge you have, it might be eligible for a digitalization support grant in NRW up to 50% of the project budget. Together, we can find out if your project should apply for one of many programs. The bureaucracy might postpone the project start, but it’ll enable you to realize a professional project, which maybe would not me possible otherwise for your business.
